At jdass.in, your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to deliver the best quality products, we understand that issues may sometimes occur. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, all items on jdass.in are non-returnable once delivered. We request you to review the product details carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Policy

A replacement can be requested only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective or not working properly.
  • You have received a wrong item.
  • The product is expired (if applicable)

Conditions for Replacement:

1. You must raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery (during working hours).

2. You will need to provide clear images or a video of the product showing the defect/damage/incorrect item.

3. The request must be submitted through your orders section on jdass.in.

Refunds

Refunds are not applicable as products are non-returnable. A replacement will be provided instead, subject to approval of your request.

Important Notes

  • Requests made after the 3-day window will not be entertained.

  • Replacement will be processed only after verifying the issue from the shared images/videos.

  • The final decision regarding approval of replacement requests rests with jdass.in.
