Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, all items on jdass.in are non-returnable once delivered. We request you to review the product details carefully before placing your order.
A replacement can be requested only in the following cases:
1. You must raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery (during working hours).
2. You will need to provide clear images or a video of the product showing the defect/damage/incorrect item.
3. The request must be submitted through your orders section on jdass.in.
Refunds are not applicable as products are non-returnable. A replacement will be provided instead, subject to approval of your request.
Important Notes
Requests made after the 3-day window will not be entertained.
Replacement will be processed only after verifying the issue from the shared images/videos.
The final decision regarding approval of replacement requests rests with jdass.in.
