2. Product use

  • JDASS Perfume is for external use only.
  • Avoid direct contact with eyes, mouth and broken skin.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
  • Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool and dry place.

3. Order & payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary by location and courier service.
  • JDASS Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (logistics).

5. Return & refunds

  • This item is non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
  • wrong or expired item, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery in working hours.
  • You will need to share the image/video of the item and its defects through your orders for a replacement.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Customer privacy

  • Personal information (name, phone, address) is kept secure.
  • Data is used only for orders and is not shared with third parties.
